Chair Yoga - Please Bring a Yoga Mat

Enjoy learning Yoga postures with the aid of a chair. Chair yoga is a gentle,
non-traditional form of yoga that reduces strain on limbs and joints.
Participants are guided in postures and breath work. Postures may be done
in the chair and/ or standing with the support of the chair.
No experience necessary
