Purpose of the Special Meeting
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to consider and establish the proposed millage rate for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 and to set the dates, times, and locations for the required public hearings associated with the Truth in Millage (TRIM) process.
The Town Council may take official action on these matters and any other business properly brought before the Council related to the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 budget process.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons needing special accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the Town Clerk's Office at (386) 649-4902 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by the Town Council with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
