COUNCIL REVIEW: Town Councilman since 2009, responsible for identifying and correcting questionable accounting practices, financial mismanagement, and saving taxpayers $20,000 annually by ending wasteful spending. Instrumental in redirecting Better Place Plan money towards eliminating debt and satisfying the Town’s road loan which saved $10,000 per year in interest. Hazardous blight on 119 E. Main St has been removed and is now designated for the Community Center’s new parking lot. Other duties include: helping organize the Town’s annual yard sale, taking water samples for the Town’s beach, and preparation of the annual budget.

TOWN VISION: I believe Council Members should represent the best interests of the Residents and strive to maintain a clean, secure, and prosperous community. We need to develop long-term plans for removing abandoned properties that threaten the safety of our citizens, repaving Town roads and repairing/replacing equipment. I bring 40 years of practical workplace experience to maintain and protect Pomona Park’s assets, to keep spending at a minimum while maximizing services to taxpayers. I will remain responsive to creative suggestions to keep Pomona Park a great place to live.
